100 videos. One month. No time for a traditional pipeline.

Working from client-provided scripts, we needed a way to move quickly while keeping the work clear, consistent, and human. We kicked things off with a concept sprint to find directions that could stretch across the whole series without losing focus.

From there, it became about building a smarter way of working. We set up parallel AI workflows for storyboarding and production, using node-based systems to speed things up, remove repetition, and keep everything moving.

I led the creative direction across 20 of the films, guiding them from idea through to delivery while staying aligned within a much larger rollout.

A high-volume production, built to move fast without losing its footing.
