Amazon Sustainability

Amazon came to us after spotting a drop in quality across their motion work. Things had started to drift. Inconsistent styling, unclear hierarchy, and a lack of overall structure. We used the opportunity to show how it could be better. Reworking one of their existing videos as a way to demonstrate a more refined, considered motion approach.

The focus was on clarity and taste. Tightening typography, improving pacing, and introducing a motion language that felt more intentional and easier to scale.

A simple rework that helped show what the standard could be.

Refilling, without the effort.

This was about showing something simple in a way that just made sense. A product that keeps itself topped up, designed for a high-visibility spot in Amazon’s shopping experience.

We built a looping 3D animation with a stop-motion feel. Slightly tactile, a bit of character, but still controlled enough to read quickly.

The challenge was working within tight platform constraints while keeping the idea clear. We kept things minimal and introduced a looping reset that let the animation run continuously without feeling repetitive.

A small piece, doing its job quietly and consistently.
