Wikipedia - 25th Anniversary

Wikipedia’s 25th anniversary called for something true to its roots. Hand-drawn, imperfect, and full of character.

Working from a client-provided storyboard and strict mascot guidelines, we had to find a way to bring Baby Globe to life inside real Wikipedia pages without losing that handcrafted feel.

We split the process in two. First locking timing and pacing with a rough editorial pass, then moving into full animation. To keep things moving, we built a workflow that generated motion guides for the illustrator to draw over, keeping everything tight without flattening the character.

A handmade film, delivered with a pipeline built for speed.
